Did the Flood of Noah really
happen???
We read in the Holy Bible that God destroyed the world with a Great Flood
because of man's wickedness. People continue to claim to have found Noah's
Arc, but is there any real evidence that the Flood actually happened. History
Professor < Charles
Hapgood > and before him <
Immanuel Velikovsky > have put forth a very convincing case.
Hapgood believes that Ice Ages don't end by slow melting as most scientists
theorize. He says that they end abruptly with catastrophic consequences.
Hapgood believes that during the last Ice Age, the North Pole was located
in the approximate area of Greenland. His theory is that that sheer
weight of the ice caused the shifting of both the magnetic pole and the
earth's crust. This crustal shift would have caused the ice cap to move
en mass and plunge into the Atlantic Ocean. This would cause a tsumani
(Tidal Wave) of about a mile in height to surge over the planet, thus desrupting
most life on earth. Very scary. Check out both Hapgood and Velikofsky. |
