Lake Park - La Mesa
Welcome to Lake Park...  Paths lead down the hill on two sides to Lake Murray, giving excellent access to the wildlife and public facilities provided on the lake. Many of our residence can be found on foot or biking around the lake. To the north of the lake is Cowles Mountain Wilderness, where hikers can climb to San Diego's highest point.
Geese
The fauna on Lake Murray are sometimes strange and wonderful as this bird to the right shows. I've seem it there many times.
