Welcome to Anna's Art Gallery.
I didn't know I could do anything
artistic until I was a grandmother. I spent my life admiring people
who could create beautiful things and dreamed that I could someday do something
artistic. Well one day I decided to change my career, from being
a Special-Ed Assistant Teacher for the San Diego City Schools System, to
become a draftsperson. I attended a 'fly-by-nite' night school called
Muir, up in San Marcos, and completed a course that included drafting by
hand and by Auto Cad. The school folded before I received any kind
of diploma or anything, so I was stuck with a $7000 bill and no new job!
But I did get one thing from the school, other than a IBM clone computer,
the confidence to draw! From those meager beginnings I began to create
Art.
