Ingredients: Serves 4  
     1 Lb. Ground Beef
     4 large Bell Peppers
     1 Clove garlic (minced)
     1  white onion (chopped)
     1 cup white rice
     2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
     14.5 oz can Hunts Diced Toms*
     2 pinches of brown sugar
     dash cinnamon
     Dash Pepper
     Dash Salt
     11.5 oz can tomato juice
Directions:
Bring 2 cups water to a boil and add 1 cup rice.  Reduce to simmer, cook 20 minutes and set aside.  Remove top and deseed peppers. Then blanch peppers in one cup water and cover. Bring to boil for 8 minutes.  Remove peppers from water and set aside.
Lightly brown Ground beef (drain fat) with onions and garlic and add seasonings.  Add remainder of ingredients and simmer for approx. 20 minutes.  Add rice to mixture and spoon into peppers. Place peppers in deep pan and spoon in excess mixture all around.  Bake in 350 oven 25 to 30 minutes.  May be served with salad.
